It is my pleasure to welcome you all to the 56th annual conference of Tamilnadu Orthopaedic Association TNOACON2023 being held in Chennai and organized by the Madras Orthopaedic Society. It is the festival for our members held every year to share our experience, gain knowledge from others' experiences, and for a social get-together. The Organising Committee led by Prof. P.V. Vijayaraghavan (Organising Chairman), Prof. V. Singaravadivelu (Organising Co-Chairman), Prof. T. Tholgapiyan (Organising Secretary), Prof. D.Gokulraj (Organising Joint Secretary), Prof. S. Veerakumar (Organising Treasurer) and their team has already started working hard to make the event memorable. I request every one of you to attend in large numbers, participate in the scientific sessions actively and make the event a grand success.
