Happy winter dear AOGS members!

As the chill of winter finally settles in, we find ourselves enjoying that familiar mix of crisp mornings, softer sunlight, and the comforting excuse to reach for warmer cups of tea during clinic hours. It's that time of year when the pace shifts ever so slightly, giving us a moment to breathe between busy OPDs, deliveries, and academic commitments. We hope you're all easing into the season with a little extra warmth both the literal and the emotional kind.

Of course, winter also comes with its own set of health reminders. We spend so much of our time advising patients on self-care; this is a gentle nudge for us to follow our own advice too. Staying hydrated, protecting our skin, supporting immunity, and carving out time for regular exercise are just as important for us as they are for the women we care for. With the long days and late-night calls that come with being gynecologists, winter wellness isn't a luxury-it's a necessity. Let's prioritize ourselves a bit more this season.

On that note, we're genuinely excited about our upcoming SOGOG conference. It's one of those rare times in the year when we get to step out of our usual routines, reconnect with colleagues, learn something new, and maybe even rediscover why we fell in love with this specialty in the first place. We warmly encourage all of you to register yourselves at the earliest and participate with enthusiasm.

Behind the scenes, our team has been pouring heart and effort into making this event not just academically strong, but engaging, interactive, and yes-fun-filled too. From thoughtfully designed sessions to hands-on discussions, melodious evenings filled with laughter and opportunities to unwind and bond, we're planning a conference that will make you feel welcomed, energized, and part of a vibrant community.
