GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Conference Registration Fee Covers: Attendance to all Scientific Sessions, Delegate Kit, Entrance to the Exhibition, Lunches, Dinners & Tea/Coffee as indicated in the program.
  • Accompanying Person Fee Cover: Admission to the inaugural ceremony and welcome Dinner, Cultural Evening Program, Banquet, and lunches.
  • Students/Residents* should submit the bonafide certificate from their Institution's Head of the Department along with the Registration Form.
  • All Fees are non-refundable. However, a change in the delegate name is acceptable
  • Delegate kit is not guaranteed for Spot Registrants.
