Interested participants can register under two categories:

• Presenters
• Non-Presenters

Registration Guidelines for Presenters: Applicants who are registering as a Presenter (for Poster/Flash-talk/Short-talk presentation) please register and upload your abstract before proceeding to registration payment. Once your abstract is accepted for a presentation type, you can proceed for the payment . The applicants selected for Flash-talk/Short-talk are requested to upload their photograph (of size maximum 1Mb) with their face clearly visible in the “Delegate profile page” before 15th December 2024.

Registration Guidelines for Non-Presenters: Applicants who are registering as a Non-Presenter please fill the required information in the “Delegate profile page” and proceed to the registration payment according to your appropriate category. Non-Presenter registration is limited to a number that has been decided by the committee. So please register as soon as possible to secure a position. For payment the international applicants should select the credit card option and the national applicants should use the bank transfer option. The payment portal will be open on 5th September 2024.

Registration fee includes welcome kit, conference access, Scientific/cultural sess ions, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Accommodation is NOT included.

General information:

• Abstract submission deadline: 31 Dec 2024
• Early bird registration deadline: 30 Nov 2024
• Registration deadline: 30 Jan 2025
• Chosen participants will be notified by: Two weeks after abstract submission deadline.
• Group Registration: : 5 people 10% discount and <10 people 20% discount.

Selection Criteria:

• Participant selection will be guided by the scientific quality of submitted abstracts, according to the expected scientific impact of the work on the conference and the Proteostasis field. It is therefore requested that all Presenter participants submit a high-quality abstract and write a Statement of Interest of maximum 100 words to support their selection.
• In addition, a proper balance of participants from different Institutes, genders, and career stages will be sought.
• For participants who do not plan to present their work (Non-Presenter category), selection will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The organizing committee will send a notification of your acceptance to the conference and/or selection for oral presentations within two weeks after the abstract submission deadline. This e-mail will also include payment details.
