Our sincere & profound thanks to you for making our previous ELEVEN Operative Workshops (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2022, 2023 & 2024) a resounding success. Now, this is going to be 12th PERCON on 20th and 21th September 2025.

PERCONS are brain child of Dr. S. K. Pal, who was being invited at several cities in India & Abroad for Live Demonstrations of PCNL or for initiating this procedure in new or old departments of Urology, where it was never performed before. PERCONS are Live Operative Demonstrative Workshops on “PCNL” where the technique is taught in great details & several exhaustive lectures & discussions are carried out by experts in this field for greater understanding of controversial issues.

PCNL is a well-established technique in Endo-Urology. It has faced many challenges in the past and has clearly emerged as most efficient technique for the management of upper tract stones and hence no centre dealing with Urolithiasis is complete without it. Unfortunately, PCNL is still not being performed at several institutions, effectively & efficiently due to lack of expertise or equipment’s. Almost all young urologists, graduating from most of the institutions in India, need to polish their skills and are therefore keen to learn intricacies of PCNL through this dedicated event called PERCON.

PERCONS have always provided a dynamic combination of lectures & live surgical demonstration to update & enhance the skills of practising Endo-urologists & trainee urologists. Special focus is given to explain the art & science of initial puncture which is the most important part of any type of PCNL. Ample opportunity is provided to novice & experts to discuss their difficulties, doubts & technical advances with the National & International stalwarts in this field. Hands on workshop on models and endo trainers is also organized under supervision of experts during PERCON to practice, learn and remove doubts regarding initial puncture.

At the same time you can enjoy the beauty of Delhi – the “DIL SE” city which has everything from the age old heritage to the newest wonders. Day visit to Taj Mahal at Agra is also very easy from Delhi, through expressway which takes approximately 2:30 hours one way.
