Greetings from the Organizing Committee of the 61st National Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics!

Kochi, the Queen of Arabian Sea, welcomes you all to God’s own country for an experience of a life time- 'PEDICON 2024’.

The wait has been quite long… 26 years since Kochi PEDICON 1998 and we look forward to host the biggest annual scientific conclave for Pediatricians in God’s own country, Kerala.

We welcome you to Kerala, a state that prides itself for being the flag bearer for not just how a culture can respect its past but also march forward with growth & progress. Hundred percent literacy, world-class health care systems, India’s lowest infant mortality, highest life expectancy and there are more to what we Keralite’s are extremely proud of.

We have planned:

-Academic bonanza with high quality workshops and lectures by eminent national and international speakers
-Numerous scientific sessions to expand the knowledge and discuss critical issues in the field of child healthcare
-Deliberations around the theme ‘Global warming and child health’, highlighting the detrimental effects of global environmental changes on Pediatric population
