This district during its long and undeterred course of history has contributed in the field of art, architecture, sculpture, paintings, dressings and cultural ornaments, food cuisines and languages. This year brings the proud privilege to this historic city of hosting W20 (Women 20) of G20 summit under India’s presidency and 13 th International Congress of tropical pediatrics with the 25th National Conference of pediatric infectious diseases.

The CIAP and the Organising Committee for ISTP 2023 & NCPID 2023 welcome all academicians across the globe to relish this scientific feast in the field of Pediatric infectious diseases.

 REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Enter complete details in the registration form to ensure efficient correspondence and other office purposes
  • It is mandatory to submit a government photo ID(PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving License) of the delegate and the accompanying person at the time of the conference.
  • As per COVID-19 protocol it is mandatory to submit a COMPLETE COVID-19 VACCINE CERTIFICATE of the delegate and the accompanying person at the time of the conference. Any other changes in COVID protocol by respective authorities will be applicable and binding.
  • Payment has to be made as per the prevailing tariff. Please send the registration forms sufficiently early to avoid postal delays (For Postal Registrations )
  • Accompanying Person: Spouses and children above the age of 5 years have to be registered as accompanying persons.
  • Postgraduate students have to present a certificate from the Head of the Department of the institution
  • Payment may be done through Bank Transfer/DD/conference website payment gateway.
  • Those who are paying through RTGS/IMPS may send us the transaction ID, date of payment & registration ID to the conference email within 2 days of the transfer.
  • The RTGS/IMPS/ DD has to be followed by a completely filled registration form. Please send the tracking details of the courier/Post. The registration form may be submitted through the website also.
  • All queries, requests, and details regarding registration should be sent on mail
  • Bulk payments for more than one registration(except accompanying persons) should be avoided as far as possible.
