API Vidarbha Chapter is honored to host the 13th Maharashtra API conference of 2023 at Nagpur. It was in the year 2005, that Nagpur had hosted MAPCON. So it has been a long since we are entrusted to host the conference again.

I am glad to announce this event will be held from 2nd Nov 2023 to 5th Nov 2023 at Nagpur. The weather in Nagpur during this month is quite pleasant.

Rapid advances in medical sciences, newer modalities of investigations, newer drugs, and newer concepts make it necessary for all clinicians to update their knowledge periodically. Conferences give us a good opportunity to achieve this in a short period of time.

In Dr. Nikhil Balankhe we are blessed with a very efficient organizing secretary who is working hard to make everyone comfortable and to make this conference a big success. Dr. Ramesh Mundle, Dr. Anand Kate, and Dr. Madhuri Holay, all experts in this field of medicine will design the scientific program for four days to everyone's satisfaction.

We are delighted and honored to invite you to the 13th MAPCON to be held in this so very beautiful city of Nagpur from 2nd to 5th November 2023 at the spacious Hotel Centre Point.

The Venue is the best facility in central India that hosts almost every conference. We will be having a very enriching scientific program during the day followed by scintillating musical banquets in the night at the most beautiful outdoor locations. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

  • Conference Registration is mandatory for registration in the workshop.
  • PG Students to submit a letter from HOD - Head of Department/Institute
  • Accompanying persons & children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions.
  • All children above 5 years of age have to register as accompanying persons.
  • Children below 5 years of age have to be registered (free of charge) for logistics and security reasons, & have to submit their age proof along with the registration to the Conference Secretariat or you can send scan copy on mapcon2023@gmail.com
  • Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area.
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • Delegate must bring a receipt at the time of registration
  • All payments should be in the form of “Demand Draft / at par cheque / in favor of “MAPCON 2023” payable at Nagpur. Organizing Committee is not liable in any form in case of changes in dates due to unseen reasons.
  • Online registration will be closed on 15th October 2023
  • All Remittance/Bank Charges/online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate.
  • Accompanying person registration is mandatory for registration in Banquet & CME.
  • Spot registration will not be guaranteed for Conference Kit and Gift.

Instruction:

  • Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area.
  • Registration is mandatory for speakers and for delegates and students presenting papers/posters.
  • Certificate form HOD is mandatory for student's registration.
  • Spot registration by cash only. (Availability of kit not guaranteed).
  • Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subjected to availability of seats.
