In 2025 at Jamshedpur when I was hinted to hold a conference at Deoghar, the idea seemed to be a difficult task. But after repeated suggestion and encouragement by colleagues and assurance of consistent supervision by the senior master managers, I heeded to suggestions. At the outset it appeared to be mammoth challenge, a herculean task, but with time, things started to settle.
