We, the members of the Mehsana City Branch - ISA have been accorded the honour of hosting the 2023 conference. And our endeavor will remain to make it a most memorable conference. This is in keeping with tradition, as “ISACON GUJARAT” historically is one of the biggest scientific conclaves for Anaesthesiologists of Gujarat state.
It is with immense pleasure indeed that we welcome you to ISACON GUJARAT 2023, The 54th Annual conference of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists - Gujarat state Branch (ISA-GSB) to be held in person (Physical conference) from 13th to 15th October 2023 at Sun Hotel & Resort, Abu Road (Raj).
This year we are going to organize a Destination based Conference, A Unique way to meet and be with friends, Colleagues, and family at the designated destination to have Good times and lots of Fun at the conference along with a Scientific feast. The conference shall further include the rich heritage of academic excellence, industry updates, outstanding deliberations, and debates covering all aspects of Anaesthesiology and numerous other first-time experiences, and not limited to advancing the use of technology in anesthesia.

It gives me immense pleasure to invite all of you to the 54th annual conference of ISA, Gujarat state branch “ISACON GUJARAT 2023” organised by the Mehsana city branch scheduled from 13th to 15th October 2023, at Sun Hotel and Resort, Abu Road.

With great pleasure, I invite you all to the 54 th annual conference of ISA, Gujarat state branch “ISACON GUJARAT 2023” to be held from 13 th to 15 th October 2023 organised by the Mehsana city branch at Sun Hotel and Resort, Abu road.
It will be a. great academic feast with notable national faculties at the conference and workshops. You will be able to obtain deep-sighted knowledge on the latest subjects covered with panel discussions, pro-con sessions, video-based lectures, etc. The deliberations on the different subjects would definitely be helpful to all the delegates and post-graduates to update their knowledge.

Abstract Submission Important Dates
- Abstract Submission Opens: 01st July 2023
- Last date for Abstract submission: 31st August 2023
- Final Notification to Authors: 15th September 2023
Important Guidelines
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 8 yrs, less than 8yrs, registration is free.
- Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
- Please ensure to wear registration badge in the conference area.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
- PG Students will have to submit a no objection letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute.
- Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat
- Registration confirmation letter along with the Registration ID will be sent to you after receiving your payment.
- For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
- Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit will be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with a copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt.
- Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/PG student.
- Pre conference registration will be closed on 30th September 2023. Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Spot Registration” category only.
- The above amount is refundable in case of cancellation of the conference. However, it will be adjusted against the conference fee on accomplishment of the conference. This is a provisional registration and shall be confirmed on finalization of the conference event not before 3 months prior to scheduled conference date. In case of refund of provisional advance money, the same shall be subject to rules and regulation, cancellation policy and deduction of administrative charges.
- For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.isacongujarat2023.com and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
- All legal disputes shall be subject to Mahesana jurisdiction.
