Dear Colleagues,

It’s my great pleasure to invite and to welcome you, dentists who are interested in endodontics and endodontists in the world to the 12^th World Endodontic Congress (WEC) of IFEA which will be held in 2 phases, an online congress on September 23^rd - 26^th, 2020 and an onsite congress at Chennai, India on August 12^th to 14^th 2021.

IFEA is the only federal organization of endodontic societies or associations from each country in the world, and was founded in 1986 with purposes including to elevate the technical and scientific standards of endodontic research, practice and teaching to its highest levels, and to disseminate this knowledge throughout the world in order to improve the dental health standards in all nations. For these purposes, we had this Congress in every three year and are having in every other year according to the increasing demand of endodontics in the world.

The Congress host, The Indian Endodontic Society (IES) has a most enthusiastic and esteemed Organizing Committee chaired by Dr. Anil Kohli, Dr M.R. Srinivasan along with Dr. Gopi Krishna as the Honorary Secretary. The Congress will feature renowned speakers both in clinical and research aspects and introduce emerging topics related with modern endodontics. By participating in this 12^th World Endodontic Congress, you will not only meet the forefront of world endodontics, but also enjoy the old and modern cultures of People of the Indus at and around Chennai, the home to the urban Indus Valley Civilisation of the 3^rd millennium BCE, tourism, and modern Indian Health Capital.
