The rapid advancements in the field of Primary immunodeficiency Diseases continue to overwhelm clinicians and researchers equally and has seen a paradigm shift over last few decades. Now aptly called the Inborn errors of Immunity, these disorders are now more frequently diagnosed and treated in our country with increasing awareness that have been pioneered by the Indian Society for Primary Immune Deficiency since it’s inception in 2011. After the first National conference that was organized in Chandigarh in 2012, we meet again at PGI Chandigarh after a long gap of 10 years for the 6th National Conference and take stock and plan our way ahead. We plan to organize this national meet with the main theme of “Antibody deficiencies” and plan to invite a galaxy of national and international experts in the field.
