West Bengal Orthopedic Association (WBOA) Organized IASMCON 2022 on December 16 to 18 2022 at KPC Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata, West Bengal. Preconference Workshop on 16th December by Dr. Ananda Mandal, Dr. Avijit Sen, Dr. Debayan Sinharoy, and Dr. Shomik Sarkar.

The West Bengal Orthopaedic Association (WBOA) is a vibrant organization that focuses on academics, research, and social outreach.
It has a number of district & local orthopedic clubs actively engaged in various academic & social work. Having more than 900 active members WBOA is constantly engaged in high-level academic activities.

Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) is the capital of India's West Bengal state. Founded as an East India Company trading post, it was India's capital under the British Raj from 1773–1911. Today it’s known for its grand colonial architecture, art galleries, and cultural festivals.
