Welcome to the Twenty-Ninth Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Clinical Medicine. We are truly delighted to have been awarded with the opportunity of conducting this prestigious event in Tripura, a small, yet enchanting state in the North-Eastern hilly region of India. This princely state is bestowed with a bonanza of bewildering landscapes and a rich distribution of flora and fauna. From the hills of Unokoti in the North to the historical Pilak in the South, from the cloud-covered peaks of Jampui to the dark forests of Sepahijala and Trishna and from the majestic Ujjayanta in the heart of the capital city of Agartala to the Neermahal glazing its reflection of love and passion in the silvery waters of the Rudrasagar, this state has always been more than just happy to receive her guests with open arms.
