In an era of high reliability operations and evolving risk, workforce health is a strategic determinant of resilience, productivity, and ethical governance. This edition positions occupational health on a clear trajectory-from the Factories Act, 1948 to the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 implemented through Precision Prevention and High-Reliability practice. We bring together evidence, practice, and dialogue to shape future-ready occupational health in Gujarat and beyond.
