It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to the Fals Hernia Fellowship Course to be held at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly from 24th-26th November 2023.
The FALS Hernia Fellowship course is a wonderfully balanced course covering from the basics to advanced topics. It gives an overview of the potential application of MAS in various specialties in Hernia Surgery by renowned surgeons.
It provides the candidate with an opportunity to learn about advances in Minimally invasive surgeries for groin and abdominal wall hernias.
IAGES is a vibrant body with more than 10,000 surgeons as members. More than 3,000 members have been trained under the aegis of IAGES. Dr. Sudesh Sagar, Dr. Anil Negi, and the team have been working hard to make this course a tremendous success, they have left no stone unturned to make it very comfortable for all the delegates.

With pride and privilege, we are glad to inform you that FALS Hernia 2023 of IAGES will be held at SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly from 24th-26th November 2023, Hernia is one of the most commonly performed surgeries has been under constant evolution for centuries, Minimal Access Surgery has made a paradigm shift with newer and complex techniques.
IAGES is aware of this enormous and constant evolution and has been in front of organizing various courses and fellowships in the area. This impactful course will be a balanced mix of didactic lectures, video presentations, panel discussions, a Hernia Quiz, and a live workshop from SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly.
