The Annual conference of the Academy of Pediatric Neurology of Kerala, IAP Neurology Sub Chapter this time is proudly being hosted by the AOPN Kerala, IAP Kerala and IAP Trivandrum at the capital city of Kerala – ‘Thiruvananthapuram’ on Aug 5th and 6th, 2023 at Hotel Residency Towers.

This academic feast will span over a period of 2 days catering to not only the Neurologists, but the General Pediatricians and Post Graduate students. Topics will be handpicked with priority given to practical concepts and common neurological disorders ranging from epilepsy, Clinical neurology, Neurogenetics, CNS infections, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Day 1 ( 5th Aug, Saturday) is marked by two workshops

– one for Nurses on Neurodevelopmental assessment tools to be held at CDC Trivandrum and

– another aimed towards Post Graduates in Clinical Neurology to be held at Hotel Residency Towers

Day 2 will bring an academic bonanza by eminent speakers and paper and poster presentations by Post Graduates.

Any Academic event is only complete with an accompanying cultural event, so in order to tickle our artistic bones, we present a Banquet / Cultural Festival on 5th Aug, Saturday evening, which is bound to not only entertain you but also create a spirit of camaraderie among the delegates.
Thiruvananthapuranmeaning “The City of Lord Ananta”, is the resting place of the deity of the famous Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple. It also is a land of many beaches like Kovalam, Poovar, and Varkala and is actually built on seven hills, the most famous being ‘Ponmudi’ and a haven of medicinal plants the ‘Agasthaya Mala’.

From the picturesque beauty of the beaches and hills, we can also explore the multicultural city life in the Lulu Mall, the MG Road, and Technopark.
