It gives us immense pride and privilege to welcome you on behalf of the organizing committee to the 9th Biennial congress of the A-PHPBA (Asian-Pacific Hepato Pancreato Biliary Association) 2023.

This mega conference will be held in our beautiful city of Bengaluru at the Hilton Hotel from 27th to 30th September 2023. It is a unique occasion that brings the experts and leaders in HPB surgery and Liver transplant together to participate, discuss, share, and enrich knowledge through workshops, orations, debates, panel discussions on recent technological advances, and face-to-face meetings with the legends in HPB surgery.
