Southern Chapter of Society of Nuclear Medicine was launched in 1995 during Roentgen centenary celebrations at SVIMS, Tirupati. Since its inception every year the annual meeting of the chapter is conducted as an academic event and a social get together for the members.

The annual meetings have been providing an opportunity for the practicing Nuclear medicine physicians and technologists to stay up to date in their domains.

Continuing the legacy, this time we are privileged to organize the 27th Annual Meeting of the Southern Chapter of Society of Nuclear Medicine (India) Organized by Fortis Hospitals, Bengaluru at Taj Vivanta.

The programme will be extremely useful for technologists, students, Nuclear medicine physicians and other practicing doctors and will comprise of several expert lectures and panel discussions.

Bengaluru is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Karnataka. Bengaluru is one of those destinations which has to offer beautiful hangout places for all ages. From historical Bengaluru palace, Vidhana Soudha to Cubbon park, Lalbhag, Nandi hills to amusement parks.

We hope this conference will be a wonderful way to keep abreast with the recent advances in Nuclear oncology and also revist the glory of basic Nuclear medicine procedures. The conference will be a pleasant opportunity to visit friends and colleagues in person after a long disruption due to COVID.
