The organizing team of the 25th Midcoms of AOMSI extends a warm welcome to all the members of AOMSI and surgeons interested in the practice of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery to Coimbatore this July from 14th-16th for scientific deliberations, camaraderie, making new acquaintances and reconnecting with friends.

As the world recovers from the pandemic which has stymied our routine over the last 2 years, a congregation of our young bright minds with the established clinicians is the best way to reenergize us. The time is also apt for us to enhance our skills to be ready for the challenges and demands that we will be facing in managing patients. The scientific committee with the theme “Scale up your skills” will aim to address that. The aim of the organizing team is to stimulate your scientific thought process as well refresh yourself. The team is derived from all over the state of Tamil Nadu and is being held in Coimbatore which is conveniently located and accessible from all over the country. Coimbatore also has something to offer for everyone be it relaxation, enjoying nature, holiday, shopping or spirituality. Apart from the deliberations the aim of the event is stimulate the “Thinking / Analytical” aspect of the fraternity and hence plans are in place to hold various competitions.

To enhance inclusivity and stimulate more participation the organizing team has created a separate registration category which we feel will encourage their participation. Looking forward to welcoming you all to Coimbatore and we are confident that you will go back with pleasant memories both from a clinical and personal point of view.
